PROJECT DISCUSSION
We begin by getting acquainted and discussing the task. You tell me about the project, its goals, preferences, timeline, and expected outcome. If necessary, I send a brief to collect all important information and understand the project better.
After the discussion, we define the scope of work, cost, and timeline.
AGREEMENT AND DEPOSIT
Work begins after a 50% deposit is paid.
At your request, we can sign an agreement specifying the scope of work, cost, timeline, and key terms of cooperation.
The remaining 50% is paid after the project is approved and before the final materials are delivered.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
I begin creating the design according to the agreed brief.
Depending on the service, this may include developing a branding concept, logo, website, print materials, advertising layouts, or animation.
The number of options and development stages depends on the selected service and is agreed before work begins.
PRESENTATION AND REVISIONS
I present the result for approval and explain the main design decisions.
After receiving feedback, I make the necessary revisions within the agreed scope of work to bring the selected solution to its final form.
FINAL PAYMENT
After the project is approved, the remaining 50% is paid.
If additional tasks arise that are outside the original scope, their cost and timeline are agreed separately.
DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
After full payment, I prepare and deliver all final materials and source files included in the project.
Depending on the service, these may include:
source files / print-ready materials / digital files / design layouts / project presentation / design usage guidelines.
